The average price has risen 1.2 cents over the past four days, including four-tenths of a cent on Sunday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.
The average price is a half-cent more than one week ago and 18.2 cents higher than one year ago but 2.8 cents less than one month ago.
The Orange County average price rose two-tenths of a cent to $3.008, the fifth consecutive increase since dropping to its lowest amount since Feb. 21.
The Orange County average price has risen 1.9 cents over the past five days, including eight-tenths of a cent on Sunday. It is 1.4 cents more than one week ago and 20 cents higher than one year ago but 1.9 cents less than one month ago.
