Beer sales at Loyola Marymount University men’s basketball games will begin with Tuesday evening’s game against CSUN at Gersten Pavilion.

All fans with reserved tickets will have the ability to purchase up to two beers. Fans who bought $8 or $9 general admission tickets can pay $10 to upgrade on the spot for a reserved ticket to be eligible to purchase beer. Reserved tickets cost $15-$19.

Season ticket holders in reserved sections will have the ability to receive two free beers. Students ages 21-and-up are permitted two free beers.

The beer will be brewed by the craft brewery Santa Monica Brew Works, which will feature the 310 California Blonde Ale and Inclined IPA at the games.

“We appreciate the administration of LMU for enabling us to provide this benefit for season ticket holders and students,” athletic director Craig Pintens said.

“We want to have the best home court advantage in college basketball and that begins with our students and season ticket holders. We will always place a premium on any benefits we can provide for our most loyal fans.”
