A woman was killed and two other people were injured Monday in a multiple vehicle crash on the HOV connector road from the southbound San Gabriel River (605) Freeway to the southbound San Diego (405) Freeway in Seal Beach, authorities said.
The crash was reported at 3:29 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched to the location at 3:31 a.m., where the woman was pronounced dead at the scene, the Orange County Fire Authority reported.
Paramedics rushed two men, as trauma patients, to a hospital.
