Garden Grove police Wednesday released a surveillance photo of two suspects being sought for an armed robbery at a gas station.
The holdup happened just before 8 p.m. Tuesday at a Shell gas station at 12571 Valley View. One of the suspects put a soda on the counter while his gun-wielding accomplice demanded cash, according to Garden Grove police Lt. Bob Bogue.
The robbers fled with $500, but no getaway vehicle was seen.
The gunman was described as a Latino in his 20s, who’s 5-foot-7 and has short, black hair, brown eyes, a thin build and a mustache. He was wearing a black T-shirt, black baseball cap with the letter “B” on it, and gray pants.
The other suspect is a black man in his 20s, 5-foot-7, with short, black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a black hoody with the letters “TDE” on it and black pants.
