Police Friday sought possible victims of an 18-year-old employee who was arrested last week for allegedly engaging in lewd acts with a minor at a Signal Hill indoor climbing gym.

Cade Gilbert, who works at Hangar 18, 2599 E. Willow St., was arrested on Saturday and booked on suspicion of engaging in lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 years old, according to Signal Hill police.

Gilbert was being held at the Men’s Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles in lieu of $200,000 bail and was next due in court on April 14 in Long Beach, according to sheriff’s inmate records.

Detectives are seeking information about any additional possible victims and anyone who can assist in the ongoing investigation was urged to contact Signal Hill police Detective Delia Martinez at (562) 989-7216 or dmartinez@signalhillpd.org.
