Police Sunday hunted the icy killer of two men in a brazen South Los Angeles shooting, authorities said.

The killer was in a vehicle that drove up to the two men. He got out, shot the victims, got back into the vehicle and then drove off.

It was reported at 8:05 p.m. Saturday in the 7700 block of South Main Street, Lt. Ted Urena of the Los Angeles Police Department‘s 77th Street Station said.

One man was pronounced dead at the scene and the other was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead, Urena said.

No other details were immediately available. Police did not say if the killing was gang related, nor what a possible motive could be.
