A 16-year-old boy who was fatally shot in Harbor City was identified Tuesday, and his killer remained at large.
Few details were yet available about the mystery murder.
Corey Daily of Harbor City was shot about 5:50 p.m. Monday in the 1500 block of Anaheim Street and died at a hospital, the Los Angeles Police Department reported. The teen was in the courtyard of an apartment complex with a group of friends when someone shot him and fled, police said. No suspect description was released, and detectives have not established a motive for the crime.
