A man was shot to death Friday in the Westmont neighborhood of South Los Angeles.
Detectives responded at 2:50 p.m. Friday to the rear alley of the 1300 block of West 104th Street to investigate a “gunshot victim.”

Deputies discovered a black man who was shot multiple times in the body.
The victim was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
