A pedestrian who was struck and killed by a vehicle on Pacific Coast Highway near the Malibu Pier over the weekend was identified Thursday.
Brian Miller, 34, whose home town was not known, died at the scene. He was struck about 7:30 p.m. Sunday, according to the coroner’s office reported.

The motorist remained at the scene and was interviewed by authorities.
PCH was closed in the area for about three hours while an investigation was conducted.
