Two people are under arrest and facing drug possession charges Friday after Los Angeles County Sheriff’s detectives served a search warrant at a home in Norwalk.
Detectives went to the home in the 11900 block of Hayford Street around 7 a.m. Thursday and discovered a large amount of drugs worth approximately $2,250, according to Deputy Trina Schraeder of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Two suspects who lived at the location were arrested, she said. The home was boarded up by the City of Nowalk after the arrests due to unsafe conditions and health hazards, said Schraeder.
