A man was shot to death in the unincorporated Windsor Hills area of Los Angeles County and authorities searched Friday for his killer.
Deputies responded to the 5400 block of South Harcourt Avenue about 10:30 p.m. Thursday to a call of a gunshot victim in the area and located a man who had sustained at least one gunshot wound to the upper body, according to Deputy Trina Schrader of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene, she said.
Detectives did not have a description of the suspect or a motive for the shooting, said Schrader.
