Police Friday released images of suspects who burglarized a house in the Hollywood Hills.
The burglars, both men, used a crow bar to pry open a side door of the home about 11 a.m. Wednesday, according to the Los Angeles Police Department, which did not release the home’s address.
The suspects ransacked the house and stole jewelry before getting into a newer-model black Jaguar with no license plates and fled the scene, police said.
One suspect was described as Hispanic, between 5 feet 6 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a heavy build, black hair and wearing a dark blue parka with a fur-lined hood, a blue “Tommy” T-shirt, dark pants, white shoes and a dark blue or black hat with a white Nike symbol.
The other suspect is 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, weighs about 170 pounds and has black hair. He was wearing a black hooded jacket with white writing on the left sleeve, blue jeans and dark shoes.
Anyone who recognizes the suspects or has information that could help investigators was urged to contact Hollywood Station Burglary Detective Patrick Aluotto at (213) 972-2929.
During non-business hours, calls should be directed to (877) LAPD-24-7.
