President Donald Trump’s visit to Los Angeles Tuesday will prompt the closure of a number of streets in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills beginning Tuesday morning and lasting until midday Wednesday.

The Los Angeles Police Department warned drivers of the following street closures beginning at 4 a.m. Tuesday in downtown Los Angeles and continuing until midday Wednesday:

— Figueroa Street from Sixth Street to Eighth Street;

— Wilshire Boulevard from Flower Street to Beaudry Avenue;

— Seventh Street from Flower Street to Bixel Street.

Other closures were announced as follows:

From 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Los Angeles:

— Spring Street between S. Avenue 18 and Alpine Street;

— College Street between North Main Street and Figueroa Terrace;

— Stadium Way between Lilac Terrace and Bishops Road;

— Wilshire Boulevard between the Harbor (110) Freeway and South Flower Street.

From 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in Los Angeles:

— Wilshire Boulevard between South Flower Street and the 110 Freeway;

— Figueroa Street between 7th Street and West 4th Street;

— North Hill Street between Bernard Street and Alpine Street;

— College Street between Yale Street and North Main Street;

— North Spring Street between Alpine Street and South Avenue 18.

From 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Los Angeles:

— Bundy Drive between Airport Avenue and West Pico Boulevard.

From 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Beverly Hills:

— Sunset Boulevard between South Sepulveda Boulevard and Bedford Drive;

From 8 p.m. to 9 or 9:30 p.m. in Los Angeles:

— West 9th Street between the 110 Freeway and South Flower Street;

— South Figueroa Street between Olympic Boulevard and West 6th Street.

Also, the following streets will be closed intermittently:

— Sunset Boulevard between Ladera and Beverly drives between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. Suggested alternate east/west routes: Santa Monica, Wilshire and Olympic boulevards.

— Benedict Canyon Drive between Sunset Boulevard and Mulholland Drive between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. Suggested alternate north/south route: Coldwater Canyon Drive.

Trump has a campaign fundraising event scheduled for Tuesday in Beverly Hills and will be spending the night in downtown Los Angeles.

Politico reported that Trump will hold a fundraising breakfast in Los Angeles Wednesday.

CNBC reported that Tuesday’s fundraiser will be at the home of real estate developer Geoffrey Palmer, a major Trump and Republican Party donor.
