Zamora, who was charged last year with murder with a sentencing enhancement for gang activity, but agreed to the lesser charge in a plea bargain, fatally shot Joseph Marcelino Garcia, 35, about 1:15 p.m., Aug. 22 of last year, at 813 S. Flintridge Drive, according to Santa Ana police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna.
