An Inglewood woman who told her parents she was going on a hike to Mt. Baldy went missing and police sought public help Sunday to find her.
Mongtu Thi “Krissy” Ngo, 29, was last seen about 7:20 a.m. Thursday, according to Inglewood police.
“She informed her family she was going to hike Mt. Baldy by herself,” police said in a statement. “Ngo did not return home, and the family’s calls have gone unanswered. (Her) vehicle has been found near Mt. Baldy.”
Ngo is Asian, 5-feet-1 inch tall, weighs 110 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. Anyone knowing her whereabouts was urged to call police at 310-412-8771 or 911. Tipsters can also call Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS.
