A man fatally stabbed in Inglewood was publicly identified Monday.
Andrew Pozos, 22, was an Inglewood resident, coroner’s Lt. Larry Dietz said.
Police found the man lying on the ground around noon Thursday in the 400 block of East Florence Avenue, near Hillcrest Boulevard, police said.
A preliminary investigation determined the victim, now identified as Pozos, was stabbed by a man during an argument and the suspect fled the scene.
Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics took the victim to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.
Anyone with information about the stabbing was asked to call the Inglewood Police Department at 310-412-5240, or its 24-hour anonymous hotline, 888-412-7463.
