An ambulance carrying a patient was rammed multiple times Friday evening in a hit-and-run, road rage incident in South Los Angeles.
The unknown vehicle’s driver hit the McCormick ambulance several times about 8:25 p.m. near the intersection of South Haas Avenue and West Century Boulevard, according to Officer Drake Madison of the Los Angeles Police Department.
The suspect was gone when officers arrived at the scene.
A second ambulance arrived to take the patient to a hospital, according to KCAL9.
It was not immediately clear if the patient or paramedics were injured in the collision.
