Authorities Monday publicly identified a 30-year-old motorcyclist who was fatally injured in a weekend collision in Burbank.

Burbank police and firefighters were called just after 5:50 p.m. Saturday to the intersection of Alameda Avenue and Keystone Street on reports of a collision and found Misael Audelo Gusman trapped underneath a vehicle, according to a police statement.

Paramedics freed the Burbank resident and rushed him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The driver of the vehicle involved in the collision remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators, who determined that drugs, alcohol, speed nor illegal racing were factors in the crash, according to a police statement.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing. Anyone with information was asked to contact the Burbank Police Traffic Bureau at 818-238-3100.
