A man was killed Thursday in Santa Ana what police said was a possibly gang-related shooting.
Santa Ana Police Department officers responded just after 5 p.m. to the 1600 block of Evergreen Street, between Grand Avenue and Main Street, on reports of the shooting and found the man suffering from gunshot wounds to his upper body, according to a department statement.
The man was taken to a hospital, where he died during emergency surgery. His name was not immediately released.
