A registered sex offender pleaded guilty Wednesday to exposing himself in Anaheim and was immediately sentenced to 120 days in jail.
Dallas Austin Moore exposed himself in public on Nov. 9. Details of the incident were not immediately available from police, but Moore was ordered to stay 100 yards away from 1221 S. Auto Center Drive, according to court records.
McPeek’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Anaheim is located at the address.
Moore pleaded guilty to a felony count of indecent exposure with a prior conviction for indecent exposure as well as felony counts of failing to register as a sex offender upon release from incarceration and failing to notify law enforcement of a change of address within five days. He accepted a plea deal from Orange County Superior Court Judge Gassia Apkarian.

Moore also pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of a transient’s failure to register within five days of coming into an area.
He was sentenced to two years of formal probation and 120 days in jail, and was given credit for 88 days served behind bars since his arrest.
Moore pleaded guilty Dec. 14, 2020, to a misdemeanor count of lewd conduct in a public place.
Moore pleaded guilty in August 2018 to a misdemeanor count of indecent exposure.
Moore was convicted in a jury trial in April 2017 of two counts of lewd conduct in a public place and single counts each of indecent exposure and possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.

Moore pleaded guilty in January 2016 to a felony count of assault with a deadly weapon.
