A 26-year-old man is in police custody Wednesday on suspicion of murder for a double-homicide in Anaheim.

Irvine resident Ramy Fahim was booked at the Anaheim City Jail, said Anaheim Police Sgt. Shane Carringer.

Officers responded to the 2100 block of East Katella Avenue at about 6:50 a.m. Tuesday on a report of a possible assault and found Fahim and two men dead inside the apartment, Carringer said.

After Fahim was taken to a hospital for a treatment of a minor injury, Anaheim Police Department homicide detectives interviewed him and later arrested him for the double homicide.

Fahim’s vehicle was located nearby and seized as evidence and a knife police say was used in the murders was also located at the crime scene, Carringer said.

Police identified the victims as 23-year-old Jonathan Andrew Bahm and 23-year-old Griffin Robert Cuomo, both of Anaheim. According to detectives, the two men were roommates in the apartment where the murders occurred and Cuomo and Fahim were co-workers.

There was no additional information and no motive for the murders was given.

Anaheim homicide detectives are asking anyone with information regarding these murders to call 714-321-3669 or Orange County Crime Stoppers at 855-TIP-OCCS.
