A man’s body was discovered Sunday inside an SUV parked in Anaheim and a man was detained by police in connection with it.
A report of screaming coming from the SUV led officers to find the man’s body in the 1500 block of West Bail Road around 8:35 a.m., Anaheim police told the Orange County Register.
Officers detained a man exiting the vehicle, the Register reported.
The nature of the fatal injuries was not disclosed by police.
The names of the suspect and victim were withheld.
