Kris Jenner was sued Friday by a man who says he leased his Hollywood Hills property to the reality star, thinking it was to be used for a small adult gathering, but that it instead was used  for her daughter Kendall’s “wild” 19th birthday celebration.

Gabriel Fedida filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleging breach of contract, fraud and negligence. He claims those in attendance at the event caused severe damage to his property.

A representative for the Kardashian family matriarch could not be immediately reached.

The suit states that the “wild birthday party” had more than 100 guests, most of them around Kendall Jenner’s age, and featured “loud amplified music and a male stripper.”

Fedida, who charged a $10,000 rental fee and an equal amount for a security deposit, believed the event would be a small dinner party with no more than 15 people in attendance, according to his court papers.

He’s seeking $101,450 for damage to the property and another $50,000 for loss of its use.
