Why was Jon Stewart so harsh on Arby’s? We may have to wait for his memoirs, but as The Washington Post noted — “The Daily Show” hits didn’t hurt its bottom line. Besides producing a farewell video to the TV icon, Arby’s has unveiled yet another “secret” menu item.

Christopher Fuller, Arby’s chief spokesman, told the Post that the chain moved this week to add a “secret” menu item in his honor — i.e., one that won’t be listed on its menu, “but that Arby’s will make if in-the-know customers ask for it.”
The sandwich is a double corned beef on rye — Stewart’s favorite.
