Calling all fashion students or those contemplating going to school: Actor Antonio Banderas has enrolled in a fashion course at London’s prestigious Central St Martins College.

The actor best known for his role in the 1998 film “The Mask of Zorro”, dropped a note on his Instagram account about his new gig along with a photo of himself.

The picture, which shows the actor posing with his arms draped over a group of dress-making dummies, touted: “The second week of studies at Central St Martins begins. Intense, exciting, serious and fun all at the same time.”

If you’re not familiar with Central St Martins, it is considered to be one of the world’s leading fashion schools. Over the years it has had entertained such successful fashion designers as Stella McCartney and the late Alexander McQueen.

A spokeswoman for the school confirmed Banderas’s enrollment, and said the actor is studying a bespoke fashion program organized through its short courses, according to Reuters report.

If you’re still in limbo over a career in fashion, this might just sway you a bit.

Fans on Twitter are pretty excited too as you can see from their tweets.
