Killer Mike is a rapper, actor and founder of Grind Time Official Records. Monday in his home of Atlanta, he was grinding for Bernie Sanders.
“In my heart of hearts, I truly believe that Sen. Bernie Sanders is the right man to lead this country,” Render said in an effort to boost black support for the rival to Hillary Clinton, who is considered a leader in that demographic.

The Guardian newspaper reported: “Killer Mike, a member of rap duo Run the Jewels, first endorsed Sanders for president in June. He wrote on Twitter that he had decided to support Sanders after the Vermont senator called for the restoration of the Voting Rights Act, which the Supreme Court weakened in 2013.”
