Lena Dunham, the “Girls” creator and star with the book “Not That Kind of Girl,” will stump for Hillary Clinton in Iowa early next year, the Des Moines Register reported Tuesday.
Dunham follows other celebrities on the Clinton trail in Iowa, including actor Tony Goldwyn (President Fitzgerald Grant on “Scandal”) and singer Katy Perry in October.
Conservative and other critics had a field day.

Just saw news that Lena Dunham will be campaigning for Hillary Clinton. I’m shocked. Man, I had her pegged as a real Huckabee supporter.
