Anthony Weiner is calling a “hoax” a report Wednesday in Britain’s Daily Mail, sharing supposed lewd texts he sent a 15-year-old girl and her description of his “rape fantasies.”

Former New York Congressman Anthony Weiner in allegedly texted image printed in The Daily Mail.
The New York Daily News minced no words: “Anthony Weiner’s perversion apparently knows no bounds. The disgraced former congressman sexted a 15-year-old high school girl for months, allegedly writing her lewd messages and sending her shirtless pics of himself.”

Weiner sent the Daily Mail this statement:

“I have repeatedly demonstrated terrible judgement about the people I have communicated with online and the things I have sent. I am filled with regret and heartbroken for those I have hurt.

“While I have provided the Daily Mail with information showing that I have likely been the subject of a hoax, I have no one to blame but me for putting myself in this position. I am sorry.”

Weiner, 51, did not deny talking to the girl, the Daily News said.

In late August, his wife, the Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin, signaled a split.

Now it gets political:
