“Star Wars” had Darth Vader. Now Vader’s son, Luke Skywalker, has Donald Trump.
Mark Hamill, who played Luke, is using his Joker voice-over skills to play Trump — or at least utter his tweets in a most diabolical fashion.

As Rolling Stone noted, “Hamill tweeted an audio clip Saturday of the Joker reciting Trump’s infamous December 31st tweet, ‘Happy New Year to all, including to my many enemies and those who have fought me and lost so badly they just don’t know what to do. Love!’
“Hamill’s Joker reading of Trump’s tweet came following an idea seeded by comedy writer Matt Oswalt, who tweeted on December 31st of Trump’s New Year’s message, ‘This sounds like something the Joker would say right before releasing a swarm of killer bees into Gotham.'”
The Verge reminded readers of a similar putdown by Billy West, who voiced Philip J. Fry, Professor Farnsworth and Dr. Zoidberg among others on “Futurama.”
“West … has begun recording himself parroting Donald Trump’s words as the cartoon’s egomaniacal space captain, Zapp Brannigan. West has uploading the clips on Twitter under the hashtag #MakeAmericaBrannigan.”

Hamill himself gave a nod to West, saying: “He got there 1st& proved that anything I can do, @TheBillyWest can do much better!”
