Refraining from saying “rehab,” Tiger Woods posted he’s getting “professional help” to deal with woes that led to his DUI arrest in Florida.

“I’m currently receiving professional help to manage my medications and the ways that I deal with back pain and a sleep disorder,” Woods tweeted Monday. “I want to thank everyone for the amazing outpouring of support and understanding especially the fans and players on tour.”

But that hasn’t stopped amateur shrinks and critics from giving the golf legend tips.

ESPN quoted Woods’ agent Mark Steinberg as saying: ”I’m not at liberty to say where he is, but he is receiving in-patient treatment. Tiger has been dealing with so much pain physically. And that leads to insomnia and sleep issues. This has been going on for a long time.”

“Woods, 41, was asleep at the wheel of his car in the early morning hours on Memorial Day. Later, in a statement, he said alcohol was not involved but that he had an ‘unexpected reaction’ to prescription medication,” ESPN noted.
