A celebration of the 100th episode of the ABC comedy “The Goldbergs” will be held Tuesday evening at The Paley Center for Media in Beverly Hills.
The PaleyLive Fall 2017 event will feature a screening, panel conversation and audience question-and-answer session with the cast and producers.
Cast members of the comedy, which was set in the 1980s and based on creator Adam F. Goldberg’s childhood memories, are set to participate in the panel conversation and Q&A session. They are Wendi McLendon-Covey, Sean Giambrone, Hayley Orrantia, Troy Gentile and Sam Lerner.
Goldberg and fellow executive producer Doug Robinson are also set to participate, along with Lea Thompson, who directed the series’ Halloween-themed 100 episode, which will air on Oct. 25.
The discussion will be moderated by Jim Halterman, TV Guide’s West Coast bureau chief.
“`The Goldbergs’ perfectly captures those fun and crazy days of Pacman, big hair, and Rubik’s Cube,” said Maureen J. Reidy, the Paley Center’s president and CEO. “This program promises to be an evening of nostalgia and laughter.”
