The Palm Springs International Film Festival is still two months away, but American Express Platinum and Centurion Card members were reminded that its “By Invitation Only” VIP passes remained available for a cool $3,000 a piece for January’s annual event.
The American Express package offers card holders access to “invitation-only” events with the stars and filmmakers who attend each year, access to the exclusive “Top 10 Directors to Watch” Variety Brunch, a private screening and a film festival Sponsor Pass.
A presale for the American Express passes began in July, but passes have yet to sell out despite “limited availability.”
Card members were advised to contact American Express in order to purchase their passes, while many other passes can be purchased online at www.psfilmfest.org .
The 30th annual festival features a wide variety of pass and ticket options, ranging from single-screening tickets to pricier options like $3,000 Benefactor passes allowing access to all festival screenings and events like after-parties and the Opening and Closing night galas.
In addition to the all-access trimmings, attendees can expect to see a full slate of Hollywood stars. Last year’s festival featured the likes of Gal Gadot, Gary Oldman, Holly Hunter, Jessica Chastain, Sam Rockwell, Allison Janney, Willem Dafoe, Saoirse Raonan, Mary J. Blige, Timothee Chalamet and more.
The festival will run from Jan. 3 through Jan. 14 at the Palm Springs Convention Center.
