The UPS Store, Inc. float titled “Stories Change Our World” has taken top honors for Wednesday’s 131st Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena.

The float, built by Irwindale-based Fiesta Parade Floats, is a salute to the importance of childhood literacy and highlights the Toys for Tots Literacy Program.

The Sweepstakes Award honors the most beautiful entry encompassing float design, floral presentation and entertainment. UPS also won this honor in 2019 for another float emphasizing the importance of books, reading and literacy.
