“Spider-Man: No Way Home” collected a leading seven nominations Wednesday for the 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards, while the HBO teen drama “Euphoria” earned six and “The Batman” and “RuPaul’s Drag Race” each earned four.

“Spider-Man” and “The Batman” were both nominated for best movie, along with “Dune,” “Scream,” “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the 10 Rings” and “The Adam Project.”

“Euphoria” will compete for best show honors with “Inventing Anna,” “Loki,” “Squid Game,” “Ted Lasso” and “Yellowstone.”

Tom Holland and Robert Pattinson were both nominated for best performance in a movie for their work in “Spider-Man” and “The Batman,” respectively. Also nominated in the category were Lady Gaga for “House of Gucci,” Sandra Bullock for “The Lost City” and Timothée Chalamet for “Dune.”

For best performance in a show, Sydney Sweeney and Zendaya were both nominated for “Euphoria,” along with Amanda Seyfried of “The Dropout,” Kelly Reilly for “Yellowstone” and Lily James for “Pam & Tommy.”

“RuPaul’s Drag Race” was nominated for best competition series, as were “American Idol,” “Dancing with the Stars,” “The Challenge: Spies, Lies & Allies” and “The Masked Singer.”

The awards are split into two segments — scripted and unscripted. All of the awards will be presented during a single ceremony June 5 at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica.
