Restaurants, retailers and even theme parks are offering their thanks to military members this Veteran’s Day, with free meals, discounts and waived admission fees. Participating businesses include California Pizza Kitchen, which will offer veterans a free entree from a specially prepared Veteran’s day menu, IHOP, with free red Red, White and Blue pancakes until 7 p.m., and Starbucks.

Select theaters will feature free screenings of the World War II-based film “Fury” for veterans and Knott’s Berry Farm’s offer will extend past the day with free admission for veterans and active duty military members through Jan. 4.
