A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in Malibu Friday and airlifted to a hospital.
The woman was hit in the 24000 block of Malibu Road, near Stuart Ranch Road, about 5:50 p.m., according to Deputy Eric Ortiz of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau and Dispatch Supervisor Bernard Peters of the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
She was airlifted to an adult trauma center, but her condition was not released, Peters said.
The driver remained at the scene, according to Ortiz.
