A man who was fatally stabbed was identified Wednesday as Tustin police sought the public’s help in solving the crime.
The victim was identified as 39-year-old Robert Carranza of Tustin.
So far, investigators have little to go on, according to Tustin police Sgt. Andrew Birozy.

“If anyone saw anything please call us,” Birozy said.
The victim was found bleeding around 3:15 p.m. Tuesday in the parking lot of a strip mall at 14200 Red Hill Ave., Birozy said. He was taken to a hospital, where he died shortly after his arrival, Birozy said.
It’s a relatively quiet neighborhood in terms of crime, Birozy said.
“We don’t have too many issues there — nothing violent, at least,” Birozy said.
