Manuel Rico Orgaz was charged with lewd or lascivious acts with a minor and oral copulation or sexual penetration with a child 10 years or younger, both felonies, according to court records.
The alleged incidents happened between November of 2005 and November of 2008, according to prosecutors.
Orgaz was being held on $1 million bail, according to jail records. He appeared in court Friday when his arraignment was rescheduled for Jan. 29. Charges were filed last month. There were no other details about how the alleged incidents were discovered after all this time.
