Police Wednesday released surveillance photos in hopes of tracking down a burglar who broke into a Seal Beach pharmacy last week.

The break-in occurred about 4 a.m. April 5 at a pharmacy in the Leisure World retirement community, according to Seal Beach police Sgt. Michael Henderson.

The suspect, who bagged up multiple bottles of prescription medicine, has a heavy build and is about 5-foot-11, the sergeant said.

The man wore a dark baseball hat and black gloves, and had a blue-and- white patterned bandana over his face. He was clad in a blue-and-white flannel shirt, black Adidas baseball pants with a white stripe and black sneakers with the white Nike logo on them.

Anyone who has relevant information for investigators was asked to call Detective Joe Hardin at (562) 799-4100, ext. 1108.
