
A former treasurer of an aquatics club pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges of embezzling about $266,000 from the Fullerton-based organization.
She was ordered to return to court Nov. 4 for a pretrial hearing with bail set at $250,000.

Tracy Lynn Noseworthy, 42, was the treasurer of the Fullerton Aquatics Sports Team from 2012 through last year, Fullerton police Sgt. Jon Radus said.
Noseworthy was arrested Tuesday night on a warrant charging her with multiple felony counts of computer access and fraud, burglary, making false entries in records or returns, and embezzlement.
Noseworthy also faces multiple sentence-enhancement allegations of aggravated white-collar crime exceeding $100,000 and property damage exceeding $200,000, according to court records.
