Several vehicles caught fire outside a Santa Ana landscaping business Tuesday evening and the flames spread into a couple of offices before firefighters put out the two-alarm blaze.

The fire was reported about 7:45 p.m. on S. Yale Street near W. Castor Street, according to Capt. Larry Kurtz of the Orange County Fire Authority.

Forty-four firefighters from the OCFA and Fountain Valley and Costa Mesa fire departments responded and knocked down the flames in about 30 minutes, Kurtz said.

No injuries were reported, he said.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
