Two men suffered stab wounds inside a Fullerton motel room Wednesday morning.

The victims’ injuries were not believed to be life-threatening, Fullerton Police Lt. Andrew Goodrich said, but the victims were seriously injured, Sgt. Jon Radus later added.

The double stabbing was reported about 1:30 a.m. at Lucky Motel at 1031 W. Commonwealth Ave., Goodrich said.

About 7 a.m., police tracked down two suspects and arrested them at another motel in Fullerton, Radus said.

David Adame, 39, of Santa Ana, and Rafael Aldaco, 38, of Whittier were booked on suspicion of the stabbings, Radus said. Adame possessed a stolen handgun and vehicle and drugs, Radus added.

Police did not release a motive, but Radus said it was not gang- related. The victims apparently knew the suspects, Radus said.

Anyone with information was asked to call detectives at (714) 738- 6759. Orange County Crime Stoppers will accept anonymous tips at (855) TIP- OCCS.
