
A three-alarm fire struck a townhome complex in Huntington Beach, damaging cars and units, authorities said Friday.
The fire was reported at 11:28 p.m. Wednesday in the 10000 block of Brittany Lane, a Metro Cities dispatcher said.

The blaze started in a carport and spread to units, she said.
The fire was knocked down at 12:16 a.m., according to the Huntington Beach Fire Department.
News reports from the scene indicate five vehicles were destroyed and at least one townhome was heavily damaged, with four others sustaining some damage. Five adults were reported displaced.
No injuries were reported, the dispatcher said.
