A man suffering from unknown injuries was clinging to life Monday at Orange County Global Medical Center after being found in his car by a tow truck driver on an Anaheim freeway.
About 6 a.m., a freeway service patrol driver spotted a silver Lexus sedan along the Riverside (91) Freeway at Imperial Highway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The driver checked the vehicle and found an injured 38-year-old Corona man sitting in the driver’s seat, said Sgt. Chris Johnson, with the Santa Ana California Highway Patrol.
The man was taken to Orange County Global Medical Center, according to the CHP. Johnson said the man was still alive, but in dire condition.
