A three-vehicle crash Saturday involving an ice cream truck in Buena Park left three people with “significant” injuries and three with minor injuries.

The crash was reported at 4:34 p.m. at Poinsettia Drive and Stanton Avenue, according to Orange County Fire Authority Capt. Thanh Nguyen.

Three people were taken by paramedics to hospitals for treatment of injuries Nguyen described as “significant.” The three others with minor injuries declined hospital transport.

There were no further details about the victims or the cause of the collision.

The Buena Park Police Department was investigating the crash, he said.
