A two-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 in Chiriaco Summit left four people injured, including two pediatric patients with serious injuries, fire officials said Sunday.
The crash was reported at 11:41 p.m. Saturday on the westbound side of the freeway near the Summit Road on-ramp, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Two air ambulances were called to the scene to transport the pediatric patients to a hospital, fire officials said.
Two adults also suffered minor injuries in the crash.
