The National Weather Service forecast highs in the lower to mid 60s and west winds 15 to 25 mph.

Showers are expected Saturday night, with a slight chance of thunderstorms. Lows will be in the upper 40s to mid 50s.

Areas above 4,000 feet could see snow. Most parts of the Los Angeles area will see up to a half an inch of rain.

Showers will continue on Sunday with highs in the upper 50s to mid 60s.
