Highs from the mid to upper 70s at the beaches to the mid 80s to lower 90s inland. Probability of precipitation 20 percent.

Tuesday night it will be partly cloudy in the evening then becoming mostly clear. Lows in the mid 60s to lower 70s.

The forecast for Wednesday calls for sunny skies. Highs from the mid 70s to lower 80s at the beaches to the lower 90s inland.

In Coastal Orange County the forecast for Tuesday calls for mostly cloudy skies with a slight chance of showers and    thunderstorms in the morning. Then partly cloudy in the afternoon with highs 80 to 85. Chance of measurable    precipitation 20 percent.

Tuesday night it will be partly cloudy with patchy fog overnight. Lows 63 to 68.

Wednesday it will be partly cloudy, patchy fog in the morning. Highs 85 to 90.

The ultraviolet index level in the Los Angeles area for Tuesday is a very high 10, according to the weather service. A very high exposure level reading of 10, or greater, means a fair skinned person could suffer a sunburn in about four minutes if not protected.
