A fire consuming multiple automobiles in a salvage yard was knocked down Sunday.
The fire was reported just before 8 p.m. Sunday, burning three vehicles and exposing two others, in the 7300 block of North Laurel Canyon Boulevard, just west of the Golden State (5) Freeway, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
In under 30 minutes, the fire was tackled with no reports of injuries.
The cause of the blaze was under investigation.
