A man has been charged in Santa Ana Superior Court with multiple felony counts for allegedly using Facebook to recruit four underage girls and nine women to work as prostitutes, authorities said Thursday.

Prosecutors say that between April 4, 2014 and Feb. 15, Allen Kahrion Jackson used Facebook to recruit four 17-year-old girls and nine women throughout California to work for him as prostitutes, according to Roxi Fyad of the Orange County District Attorney’s Office.

Jackson is also accused of having a sexual relationship with one of the minors, Fyad said.

Jackson is accused of arranging a date at an Anaheim motel between Feb. 14 and Feb. 19 for a 27-year-old woman to perform paid sex acts with what turned out to be an undercover officer, Fyad said.

The 22-year-old Jackson was arrested at the hotel Feb. 19 by members of the multi-agency Orange County Human Trafficking Task Force, which continues to investigate the case, Fyad said.

“Jackson is accused of being a human trafficker/pimp who exploits women and/or children for financial gain,” Fyad said.

Jackson was charged Wednesday with 10 counts of pandering by procuring, four counts of human trafficking of a minor, three counts of pandering with a minor over 16 years old by procuring, one county of unlawful sexual intercourse and one count of pandering with a minor over 16 years old as an inmate in a house of prostitution, Fyad said.

Jackson had been charged on Feb. 23 with two counts of pimping and two counts of pandering as an inmate in a house of prostitution, Fyad said.

If convicted of all the new charges, he faces up to 33 years and 11 months in state prison. The former charges carry a maximum possible sentence of 10 years in state prison, according to the DA’s office.

Jackson is being held in lieu of $100,000 and is due in Santa Ana Superior Court on July 29, Fyad said.

The case is being prosecuting by Orange County Deputy District Attorney Bryan Clavecilla.
